इच्छुक शिक्षु अपने मूल दस्तावेज़ सहित महाप्रबंधक हरियाणा राज्य परिवहन रोहतक (नया बस स्टैंड रोहतक) के कार्यालय में आएंगे | जहां उनके मूल दस्तावेज चैक किये जायेंगे | सफल शिक्षुओं का चयन आईटीआई की मार्कशीट की मैरिट लिस्ट के आधार पर किया जायेगा | ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्राप्त होने उपरांत कार्यालय द्वारा मैरिट लिस्ट तैयार की जाएगी एवं पद के चार गुणा प्रशिक्षुओं को दस्तावेज चेक करने हेतु बुलाया जायेगा जिसके लिए समय व स्थान का विवरण शिक्षु की अप्रेंटिस पोर्टल पर दर्ज ईमेल id के माध्यम से भेज दिया जायेगा | मूल दस्तावेज चैक करने उपरांत सूचि अनुसार चयनित रिक्त पड़े पदों के विरुद्ध सफल प्राथियों को यथाशीघ्र हेतु लगा लिया जायेगा |
