Broadcaster and Legendary Hockey Player Died at Age 70

Numerous sources state that Hall of Fame Peter McNab passed away over the weekend.

In his 14 years in the NHL, McNab established himself as a player, playing for

the New Jersey Devils, Boston Bruins, Buffalo Sabres, and Vancouver Canucks.

Later, he had a successful career in radio. According to the Associated Press,

"The Avalanche revealed it on social media in a joint statement with Altitude TV.

In late summer of 2021, McNab announced that he was battling cancer; however, in February, he stated that it was in remission

The Report goes on to say, McNab was a member of the broadcast crew when the Avalanche defeated Tampa Bay to win their third Stanley Cup in June.
